Join us for a real treat for the little ones themed “Mindfulness Yoga & Meditation”! (for kids 5 to 12 years)

ABOUT YOUR TEACHERS:
Carla is an enthusiastic, fully qualified yoga and meditation instructor who is trained to work with children and young people. She holds first aid qualifications and a current working with children check. She is beyond excited to run our Mindful Kids programs and share what has changed her life with the yogis of the future!
Kev is has been working full time in early childhood for decades. He has a current working with children check and is enthusiastic to engage his funloving nature with the kids.
