School is out for the Thanksgiving holiday but your kids need something to do! Keep them active with a fun experience in kickboxing. Our certified youth kickboxing trainers will help participants learn a variety of boxing, kickboxing and Muay Thai techniques which they will practice on the heavy bag and focus mitts
