Nishido Karate is a not for profit community Wado Ryu karate club.Children ages 5 and up learn Wado Ryu karate in a disciplined and fun environment.
Karate helps build physical fitness; enhancing flexibility, strength, endurance and self discipline.
It teaches children the importance of following instructions and rules and builds confidence and self esteem.
Karate requires focus and concentration which can help improve performance at school and other activities.
Nishido Karate’s instructor Dave Wodcke is a 6th Dan Black Belt and has been teaching in Welwyn Garden City for over 30 years. (DBS / First Aid certified)
