Join us for a kids yoga practice for ages 5-17. We will embark on a winter land yoga adventure, make a holiday craft and conclude with restorative yoga, hot cocoa and a story. Our practice and crafts will explore the holiday theme of giving, receiving and gratitude.Participants should wear comfortable clothing they can move in, bring a yoga mat if they have one (or borrow one from the studio), and a water bottle.
Cost: $25 per child
