About this Event

Join Courtney Wood to celebrate Thanksgiving with a kid yoga class! This session will consist of:

-Gratitude-themed yoga practice

-A mindfulness story

-A self growth and/or coloring activity (age appropriate choices will be given)

-A take home snack

This class is open to children 3 and up.
