Kid's Garden Hour is back this year! This event will be held every Friday, rain or shine, 10am - 11am, recommended ages are 2-10 years old. Plans subject to change. July 5th Ice Cream Social - plant zinnias, read a book in the garden and make a floral ice cream arrangement. There will be a $25 charge to make the floral arrangement, all other activities are free. Purchase ticket for ice cream cone in advance.

July 19th Tater Time - Make potato stamps as well as potato pets, dig to learn how potatoes grow, read a book in the garden. THIS IS A FREE EVENT, NO TICKET NEEDED
July 26th Science and Scouts - Learn the anatomy of plants, create a take home bouquet and make your own card. THIS IS A FREE EVENT, NO TICKET NEEDED
August 2nd Pizza Party - Pick your herbs, decorate a pizza box, and take part in the chalk art station. THIS IS A FREE EVENT, NO TICKET NEEDED
August 9th Bird Celebration - Look for birds in the garden, read a book and make your own bird feeder. THIS IS A FREE EVENT, NO TICKET NEEDED
August 16th Mother Nature's Tea Party - watercolor craft, look at and taste edible flowers, and make your own doily crown. Sunflower Spectacular - create faces for your sunflower, plant sunflower seeds and go on a scavenger hunt. THIS IS A FREE EVENT, NO TICKET NEEDED
August 23rd Fairy Garden - paint rocks, find fairies, and make your own fairy wand to bring home. THIS IS A FREE EVENT, NO TICKET NEEDED
August 30th Summer Send Off - check up on your fairies, decorate a bouquet wrap and make a cardboard vase for your blooms. THIS IS A FREE EVENT, NO TICKET NEEDED
