Kids Fishing DerbyCatch the big fish and claim the prize! We're competing for the longest fish at Garvey's Pond. Medals for top winners in each age range. Raffle prizes throughout event.

Prize age ranges: 2-5, 6-9, 10-12
Must bring own equipment and bait. Due to fishing license requirements, those 12+ years old cannot fish at this event, including adults.
Tournament Rules:
- Fish are measured to the nearest 1/4 of an inch.
- All fish must be measured by officials in order to count.
- Longest fish wins. In the event of a tie, the person with the most fish caught wins. All fish must be measured by officials to count against total.
- No nets can be used at any point for fishing.
- Parents may help bait, cast and dehook fish, but cannot help reel in fish. If extra help is obtained, that fish will be disqualified.
- All fish must be caught from Garvey's Pond and released back once measured by officials.
