Kids Easter Candle Making Workshop!
Join us for an exciting and hands-on kids Easter candle making experience at Pearlescent Candle Co in Spotsylvania Towne Centre in Fredericksburg, VA. Our workshops offer a unique opportunity to learn the art of candle making from our expert instructors. Kid's will get to make their own candle inside an 7oz white tin.
What's included:
-One 7oz white tin with a matching lid to create their coconut-soy wax candle in.
-The option to dye their wax one of 24 different colors available, including vibrant spring and Easter colors!
-Over 25 fragrances to choose from and the ability to mix your them to create you own scent!
-The ability to add some Easter colored sparkle dust to the top of their candle!
-Fun Easter themed eye-glasses they can wear while they make their candle!
-Guided instruction
-Blank labels, Easter stickers, pre-made labels and markers to decorate their tin.
Tickets are required for ANYONE making a candle. If you are only supervising and assisting your child with their candle, you only need to purchase tickets for them. Additional seating will be available for guardians who are supervising. Guardians are welcome to purchase tickets for themselves to make a candle with their child.
During the workshop, you'll discover the secrets of creating your own beautiful and fragrant candles. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned candle enthusiast, our workshops are designed to cater to all skill levels.
At Pearlescent Candle Co, we provide all the necessary materials and tools, so you can dive right into the creative process. You'll learn about different types of wax, wicks, and fragrances, and get hands-on experience pouring and decorating your very own candles.
Our store is located in Spotsylvania Towne Centre, next to Cinnabon! All events take place in the store which is turned into a candle making studio for the day!
Important Notes:
-Your workshop time slot will be an hour long but most people typically finish within 35-45 minutes. Please arrive on-time and not more than 10 minutes late. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may be moved to a different time slot.
-A parent OR guardian is REQUIRED for anyone under 18. Adult attendees with minors may not leave them unattended, you must stay with the minor the entire workshop.
-Since we will be handling hot wax, a waiver is required to be signed before you begin your class. Any unsafe behavior will result in being removed from the class. Parents or guardians must sign a waiver for anyone under 18.
-Your candle must set and cure for 30 minutes after your workshop. You're welcome to walk the mall or grab a bite to eat while you wait for your candle to set!
