Theme: Gratitude
A description of the class: Dancing mindfulness is a way to get emotions unstuck from someone’s body.
We start by setting and sharing an intention, then do about 30 minutes of dancing, starting with stretching. Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies and move as needed, and some prompts are provided for anyone needing inspiration.
The prompts help dancers explore the mindfulness concepts of non-judgment, patience, trust, non-striving, acceptance, letting go, and having a beginner’s mind. We close by
sharing how the experience went.

$10 per child, ages 5 and up
Cancellation Policy: Refunds are given for cancellations up to 3 days before the event. No refunds or credit will be given after that date. Our class size is small and our teachers and presenters work hard to bring these events to you. It's very difficult to fill the empty spots that close to the event. We appreciate your understanding.
