About this Event
Kids, all your Christmas decorations made to make your home feel festive. Make a gift for loved ones. Everything from Christmas cards to willow reindeer bunting. A chance to make a nice Scandi coloured star wall hanging with sustainable willow and local driftwood. Also, Christmas cookie decorating.
Big people can help with the fiddly bits. Theres a lot to craft in 2 hours and you'll go home with a bag full and something under your arm no doubt. Once home, wrap the gifts in the paper you've made, attach the gift tag and write your card. Chritmas sorted and its not even December yet. Eco, eco, eco. Local materials, sustainable Northumbrian willow.
Due to the cosy footprint of The Workshop, approx one adult per child/group if poss.
Scissors need overseeing by and adult.
If cycling, the premises has a secure back yard to stow your bike.
If driving, there is a free car park on Whiltey Road, next to Boots Chemist.
Metro stations are Whitley Bay Metro and Cullercoats Metro. Both no more than 5 - 10 mins walk.
Wheelchair accessible however toilets are down 2 sets of stairs.
