This one’s for the junior chefs! Chef Fred Soofi (former owner of restaurant Pasta Polo) will guide participants in preparing a vegetarian lunch for themselves. This workshop is designed for kids ages 8 to 12 years old.Attendees will first shop the Market with Chef Fred, choosing 2 produce items to include in their lunch.
Kids will then prepare (with Chef Fred’s help!) a 3-course lunch including an appetizer, pasta dish and a dessert.
Pre-registration required. $7 per child. Includes all materials.
