Our cooking class students, the youngest of whom are 2 years old, know all about yeast. They have clear opinions about how it yields the best-tasting English muffins. Now, we’re on to a new challenge: cooking without it, as Jewish folks do for Passover every year! Each child will make two popovers and a side of cream of broccoli soup.This is a free class, however, registration is required. Registration deadline is Friday, April 11th at 12:00 pm.
Dietary restrictions are accommodated with advanced notice. Early registration is recommended to reserve your spot.
All chefs must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver.
