These monthly classes include simple Buddhist teachings and meditations that revolve around children’s everyday experiences. They are designed to help them see things in a way that makes them calmer and happier.The children will be guided gently through a simple breathing meditation and given techniques based on Buddhist teachings to be more considerate, calm, focused and kind. Classes include fun activities, such as story-telling or craft activity based on the day’s topic .
Classes are self-contained so it is easy for parents to bring their children whenever they wish. Children are to be accompanied by an adult.
