Bring a bag (or two) of gently used clothing, toys, or books that your children have outgrown, and exchange them for something you can use. If you don't have anything to exchange, you are welcome to come during the final hour and take whatever you need for free! See FAQ below. What can I bring? Gently used kids clothing, shoes, toys and books. Make sure items are clean and usable. Please no large items such as bouncers or swings or other baby furniture.
When do I drop off my items? Items can be dropped off Friday 2p-4p in the library's lower level, or bring during the swap hours on Saturday.
What sizes will be available? All size clothing from newborn to teenager.
What does it cost to participate? Everything is free, bring a bag of clothing or a couple of toys to participate.
What if I don't have anything to bring in exchange? Anything left after 11am can be taken for free without bringing anything in return.
What happens to the items that are left after the swap? Anything left after 12p will be donated to various organizations in the area or sold at a garage sale with proceeds given to the Friends of the Brewer Public Library.
