
About this Event
During the week, campers will learn how to prepare delicious meals from scratch, inspired by foods from cultures around the world. Topics covered will include knife skills, kitchen and food safety, measurement, reading recipes, and international cooking techniques.
Camp will take place Monday & Tuesday at the Co-op Community Classroom and Wednesday & Thursday at the Farm at SOU. Please send your child with a substantial snack each day. Lunch will be provided, prepared hands-on by the campers! Dietary restrictions will be accommodated.
