Description
Let your kids flex their creativity as they practice the craft of making delicate fresh pasta by hand and turn a simple focaccia dough into a masterful work of art.
We’ll begin by rolling and forming pasta dough from scratch and turning it into fettuccine and cannelloni. Then the class will whip up a rustic meat sauce and a three-cheese filling to pair with their pastas.
Next, campers will turn into artists, using a palette of fresh vegetables, herbs, and olives as their “paint” and focaccia dough as their medium. We’ll bake up their creations, and each camper will get the chance to take their beautiful focaccia home.
