This workshop is designed to give them those lifelong tools in a way that’s fun, engaging, and age-appropriate—in preparation for the busy holiday season when emotions can run high.
In this drop-off workshop, children will:
-Play games that build connection and self-awareness
-Explore creative yoga poses through storytelling
-Learn simple breathing exercises to manage stress
-Create a mindful craft and enjoy healthy snacks
-Reflect on their emotions in a supportive space
By the end, children will walk away with practical strategies for calm, confidence, and resilience—skills that support not only their academic growth but also their overall well-being.
