Bike Clairemont is a non-profit program that advocates for alternative transportation solutions in Clairemont and surrounding communities, and aims to incentivize kids and adults to choose the bicycle for recreation, athletic activities and transportation.
Through grant funding from the City of San Diego, Bike Clairemont and Sprockids are offering a FREE clinic that will teach kids bike handling and safety skills, in a fun environment that encourages kids to be outside riding their bikes! We encourage all kids from 8-12 years old to participate, and parents are welcomed to tag along.
The Bike Clinic will be led by Sprockids through the trails of Clairemont, Marian Bear Memorial Park. 12 spots are available and registration is required. Completion of the liability waiver onsite is required.
What to bring and how to dress:
1- Your bike & Helmet
2- Water & Sunscreen
3- Closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothes
4- Fill out waiver on event day
The activity will take place in Marian Bear Memorial Park, off Regents Road., EAST, and plenty of parking is available.
