Join Tacoma Aikikai for a 4-day summer day camp adventure in Aikido. Kids will learn physical awareness through cooperation using aikido martial arts principles in games, partner practice, rolling, and falling. Camp includes specials sword and staff practice, Japanese language lessons, crafts, culture lessons, snacks and bento lunch. This camp is designed for students of all levels. No prior experience necessary.
Taught by Tacoma Aikikai Chief Instructors, Ea Murphy Sensei and Eric Gillet Sensei, who bring decades of experience and fun ideas from teaching aikido to kids in Europe, Japan, and the US.
