Kids's Aerial Yoga: a modification of traditional yoga poses using the aerial hammock apparatus to encourage play, courage, and focus while gaining the benefits of stretching, strengthening and decompression. Due to limited space we require advanced registration. Included with membership but please register for each class. If not a member: $20 per session, or $100 for a 6 class package.
