At our Aerial Yoga Kids Camp your child(ren) will ‘hang-out’, decompress and play in new ways as we experience creative yoga postures, sequences and activities in an uplifted way. This camp is where play meets yoga! Your child will develop skills in the aerial hammock that are meant to boost confidence, resilience and self-awareness while also building strength, mobility, balance and coordination. It’s a win-win. Your child gets the fun, music, games, arts & crafts that they desire while flipping, rocking and swinging into new poses that cultivate focus, calmness and well-being.
Daily Schedule:
8:45 - 9:00 Drop-Off Window
9:00 - 10:15 Yoga & Mindful Activities, Aerial Practice
10:15 - 11:45 Snack & Organized Play or Craft
11:45 - 12:00 Pick-Up Window
Pricing:
330 CHF
Siblings receive a 10% discount.
Friends can share a 10% discount (5% each).
Registration is limited to 12 children.
* Children younger or older than the suggested age range may be able to join for camp. Please send us an email if your younger/older child would like to join.
