Aerial Yoga is a unique and accessible way to move your body and build strength with the support of a silk hammock. Students will learn basic stretches, advanced stretches, beginner and intermediate tricks, and choreographed flows. Each participant will take home printed photos of their work across the week.All are welcome - No experience needed!
