Embark on a joyful journey at our one-of-a-kind aerial and art yoga camp, tailor-made for children ages 8 and up. Each exhilarating 3-hour day of the camp is carefully crafted to include a variety of playful aerial yoga sessions, revitalizing breathwork exercises, imaginative art & music explorations, and concludes with soothing guided meditations that foster confidence and gratitude. It's a delightful blend of movement, creativity, and mindfulness, ensuring every child has a fun and enriching experience.Please bring a mat, a small mess-free snack, and a water bottle each. Sibling discount available. Children ages 6 and 7 may attend with adult supervision and must have instructor approval.
