*** TIMINGS TO BE CONFIRMED - watch this space! ***In the weeks surrounding World Car-Free Day (22nd September), hundreds of towns and cities internationally will be hosting Kidical Mass and Play Streets - join the fun!
Kidical Mass is a family-friendly ride with a festival atmosphere, showing that we want to cycle - we need safe spaces to do so.
We welcome kids of any age (0-100), on any type of bike - bike seats, bikes with stabilisers, trailers, trikes, cargos, tagalongs, bmx, balance bikes, unicycles...
It's a free, fun cycle round the city centre, where kids can enjoy cycling as a group and improve their confidence on the road in a safe environment.
(We ask that children are accompanied and that you're self-sufficient and responsible for any children you bring along. However, we'll ride as a group and there will be adults to lead the ride and help navigate any traffic.)
Meet in Chapelfield Gardens to jazz up your bikes with flags before we set off!
