Kickstart your summer fitness with Shaolin Kung Fu and Shaolin Qi Gong!We are inviting those in our community to come visit our school and try your *first class FREE*. We will be waiving our trial fee when you use the promo code "SHAOLIN" at checkout, so there is nothing to hold you back! The day's schedule is as follows:
3-4pm Children's Kung Fu - Traditional Shaolin Kung Fu Class
4-5pm Adult Kung Fu - Traditional Shaolin Kung Fu Class
5-5:45 Shaolin Ba Duan Jin (Qi Gong) - Improve health and inner peace
*PLEASE WEAR COMFORTABLE CLOTHES, AND INDOOR SHOES, AND WE ARE RECOMMENDING MASKS.
