With the acceleration of the pace of modern life, children increasingly need a way to exercise their body and mind and improve their self-protection ability. Taekwondo as a collection of fitness, self-defense, self-cultivation in one of the sports, by the majority of parents and children love.So, decided on Park's Tae Kwon Do
Taekwondo training activities are held to help children master the basic skills of taekwondo and cultivate their team spirit and self-discipline through professional guidance and training.
Activity content
Basic movements and skills teaching:
Teach the children the basic standing, punching, kicking and other movements of taekwondo.
Explain the movements and make sure the children can master them correctly.
Through demonstration and imitation, let the children gradually get familiar with and master these actions.
Actual combat simulation and confrontation exercise:
Under the guidance of the coach, the children were organized to practice simulated actual combat.
Teach children how to use their skills to defend themselves and attack.
Emphasize safety precautions to ensure that children do not get injured during practice.
Strength Training and Stretching:
Combined with the characteristics of taekwondo, we designed targeted physical training projects.
Improve children's physical fitness and flexibility through running, jumping, stretching and other sports.
We look forward to helping children learn Taekwondo in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, improving their physical fitness and self-protection ability, as well as cultivating their discipline and teamwork spirit.
