There will be a timed 5k run/walk with awards for overall top 3 m/f and age group. Walkers, strollers and dogs on fixed leashes are all welcome for this all ages event. There will also be a 1 mile walk for anyone looking for something a little shorter AND the most adorable (and free) Kid's Dash (1/4 run/walk for children ages 9 and under- with a participation medal!)
Can't make it in person? NO PROBLEM! Join us virtually. Build a team or run solo! Every registration and share helps prevent colon cancer.
