Kickboxing hosted by Coach Rodny - Certified Head Coach + Elite Instructor for Kickboxing Coach Rodney specializes in kickboxing and group training. He has several years of experience in the fitness industry; now owning his own studio!

Time: 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm EST
What to bring: * water, boxing gloves, towel. This is a high impact workout.
All levels of exercise experience welcomed.
This is a #parent -inclusive space. If you have small kids, teenagers, young adult children, don’t let that stop you from building community with like-minded individuals - bring them!
