Join Gourmand award-winning cookbook author Reeshma Haji in cooking up some easy, comforting dishes that will add some spice to your repertoire!
We will be making the following dishes from All the Russ without the Fuss: Khoja Fusion Recipes for Busy Lives:
Channa Lunch with a Crunch: a fresh & fun take on a Gujarati-style chickpea soup
Kicked-up Ghee Kera: variation on a banana dish that's a breakfast favourite, served as a simple, sweet treat
Express Masala Chai: to elevate your tea when you'e short on time
Copies of the cookbook will be available for purchase & signing by the author after the program.
The room capacity is limited. All individuals planning to be inside the kitchen during the program must be registered as a participant. This includes any adult accompanying a child. Please contact the VMC service desk if you have questions.
We are a nut-aware space and do not use nuts in our programming, but we cannot guarantee a nut-free facility. Please alert us of any allergies when registering on Eventbrite. Our kitchen programs are held in the VSES Teaching Kitchen, located on the third floor.
