5:45 PM – Spin Flow: Tricks and Combos
In this workshop, you will learn some of Kheanna’s signature spin tricks and combos that will improve your strength, body awareness & flexibility. You will learn stunning entries, trending transitions and Insta-worthy shapes. Get ready to break a sweat and leave the studio glowing.

7:30 PM – Dynamic Basework
Learn some of Kheanna’s signature basework tricks, sequences and transitions in heels. This class will improve your heel technique, strength, power, flow and active flexibility. Get ready to unleash your inner badass. Heels optional. Knee pads are required!
