Well known in Wellington's birth community, Anna is the ONLY qualified and experienced KGH (Katharine Graves Hypnobirthing) teacher in the lower North region! Trained by founder of KGHypnobirthing, Katharine Graves, herself, with 10 years experience as a birth doula, as well as being a mother to 2 hypno-babies, she KNOWS what a difference KGHypnobirthing can make to birth.
The course is facilitated in an inclusive, safe, friendly and relaxed space so you can learn, relax, make friends, build confidence and get excited for birth! Ready for the best possible birth, for you and your baby, however they arrive :)
It can be done as a stand alone course, or as a complimentary add-on to other antenatal courses.
