About Bianca Castro
Named in Forbes 30 Under 30 Portugal (2025), Bianca began as a Fridays For Future organiser before becoming Deputy Program Leader at Roots, where she leads initiatives supporting frontline communities and youth across 100+ countries. She has served as a delegate at UN Climate Conferences since 2019 and contributes as a columnist, author, and speaker focused on justice, accountability, and youth empowerment.
