Please join us for a celebration of the Holiday/CD single release of "MAESTRA," featuring KEY ELEMENTS.KEY ELEMENTS Latin Jazz Ensemble is a SF Bay Area quintet comprised of veteran women musicians, who are also educators, that perform hypnotic/exotic Latin Jazz.
Pianist/bandleader Patricia Thumas is also the composer of their original material, and their extensive repertoire includes classic Latin Jazz standards by the masters of the genre, such as Tito Puente, Chucho Valdez, Cal Tjader, Mongo Santamaria & many more! Music to wiggle your hips and soothe your souls!
The KEY ELEMENTS crew consists of:

Sue "Suki" Kaye: Congas, Percussion,Coro
Sylvia Sherman: Bass, Coro
Joyce Baker: Trap Drums, Coro
Patricia Thumas: Music Director, Piano, Keyboards, Coro
Tickets are $20 in advance/$25 at the door general admission; $18 for students/low-income individuals. Children under 12 are free. Advance tickets are available here, or if the show is not sold out, you may purchase your tickets at the door before the show.
Doors open one half hour before show time. We accept cash or Venmo only at the door.
The Back Room is an all-ages, BYOB (for those 21+) space, dedicated to (mostly) acoustic music of all kinds. You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages. The venue is ADA accessible. If you need more information or have any questions, please call us: #510-381-1997.
