We will be throwing an old fashioned Pig Pickin’ at The Blue Diamond on Saturday, January 31!
Chef Patrick will be firing up the smoker and preparing a Southern themed BBQ feast. The menu will consist of Pulled Pork, Ribs, Catfish, Collard Greens, Baked Beans, Cole Slaw, Hush Puppies, Fried Okra, Brunswick Stew, and
Banana Pudding for dessert.
The band will feature Jimi Bott on drums (Fabulous Thunderbirds, Rod Pizza), Allen Markel on bass (Sugaray Rayford, The Insomniacs), Kevin Selfe on guitar and vocals with special guest AC Porter on guitar and vocals.
