Members and the public are welcome. Entry is Free. Free afternoon tea after the talk.
The title of Kevin Lambkin’s talk will be: ‘The Lucas prize medal for the Rockhampton North State School 1884-1892’. Kevin will talk about the history of the school and the medal’s donor, Edward Seymour Lucas, the three Rockhampton jewellers who made the medal, and the lives of four of the medal’s winners.’
