ABOUT THE WORKSHOP:
This two-day sculpture workshop will focus on classical portraiture. Students will build a life-size bust from a provided live model using water based clay on a provided armature. The class will cover classical techniques and approaches for building a basic portrait and demos for creating each feature. Basic anatomy and how to obtain a likeness in your portrait will also be discussed. All supplies (including clay) are included!
