Whether you haven't tried kettlebells or Kettlercise before, or couldn't make the taster session, it's still a perfect time to come along and try something new.Music starts at 7pm to allow time to get kit set up and some quick admin for first timers.
Class will start at 7:15pm and run for about 45 mins (although it will feel like about 10 mins!)
Bring along your own kettlebell and mat, or these will be available to hire.
To pay as you go, the price per class is £6 (if bringing your own kit), or £8 (if you need to hire kit)
Pay up front for the month and this reduces to £4 and £6 respectively.
Please note that if you pay in advance, I am unable to refund if you are unable to attend.
