Kettlebells for Balls returns to Crossfit Full Potential! Come on down for a few Community Kettlebell workouts: $30 per person gets you three workouts and a shirt (for the first 50 participants). No Crossfit experience required, all workouts can be scaled for ability. All proceeds from this event will benefit the League of Extraordinary MoBro's and the Movember Foundation, which is the only foundation dedicated solely to men's health (testicular and prostate cancer, inactivity and mental health). We will also be selling raffle tickets with fantastic prizes from our sponsors.
Don't want to workout? No problem! Come on down to support the cause and check out the raffles. Everyone is also welcome join us for post-workout beer and bite to eat with our friends at Riverwalk Brewing.
