About this Event
Ever wondered what it's like to compete in weightlifting? Come join us as we teach the movements involved in kettlebell sport. Learn how to build strength and improve cardio with kettlebells. We will be teaching multiple movements, stay for the entire clinic or just the one you want to learn.
