Are you ready to take your fitness to the next level? If you’ve ever wanted to learn how to use a kettlebell more efficiently, increase your strength, and maximize your athletic potential, this is the event for you! Join us for Week 1 of a 3-part Kettlebell Strength Workshop designed to help athletes of all levels sharpen their skills and boost their performance. It is NOT required to attend all 3 workshops (although we'd love to see you there)! Each week will cover different content.
This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with other athletes in the Charlotte area while learning how to maximize the power of the kettlebell and enhance your overall athleticism. Whether you’re new to kettlebells or looking to refine your technique, we’ve got you covered.
Week 1 Focus:
In Week 1 of this 3-part series, we’ll cover the foundational skills and movements that form the basis of any effective kettlebell training program, including:
- Tripod Positioning: Learn the essential starting point for many kettlebell movements.
- Entry-Level Plyometrics: Build explosive power with exercises like pogos, vertical jumps, broad jumps, and skip variations.
- Anatomy of a Kettlebell Swing: Master the mechanics behind this core kettlebell exercise to unlock its full potential.
- Deadlifts & Cleans: Perfect these fundamental kettlebell lifts to build strength and explosiveness.
- Floor-to-Bridge Turkish Get-Up: breakdown this full-body movement that promotes stability and strength.
