Description:
Despite its small size, Eibs Pond Park contains one of the finest kettle ponds in the city. Aquatic liverworts, bladderworts and water-lilies are among the many native plants growing in this haven. Notable species in this transquil landscape include Eupatorium pilosum, Mimulus ringens, Rhynchospora capitellata, and Decodon verticillatus.
Caution: Some sections of the trail might be muddy, be prepared to get your shoes wet. Encounter with ticks is likely.
