About this Event
Last December, the Kentucky Office of the Attorney General hosted the 2024 Healthcare Fraud Conference, and we had an amazing turnout. This year, we anticipate an even more successful event. Representatives from the Office of the Attorney General, the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern and Western District of Kentucky, the Cabinet for Health and Family Services, the United States HHS-OIG and the Kentucky Medicaid Managed Organizations are all expected to attend.
We will have a variety of speakers from different backgrounds, including a speaker offering his thoughts from the perspective of defense counsel in complex health care fraud matters. We are set up for a maximum of 150 people, and water and coffee will be provided in the morning. Boxed lunches, soda and water will also be provided for lunch.
We look forward to a wonderful day of learning and collaboration with law enforcement and other major stakeholders in the fight against healthcare fraud.
