Info: The Kentucky Law portion of this course will review and discuss the statutory and regulatory framework governing home inspection in Kentucky under KRS 198B.700 – 198B.738 and related administrative regulations (such as 831 KAR 2:040). Topics include licensure requirements, standards of practice, contractual issues, report obligations, ethics, and business-compliance obligations for home inspectors.
