Gifts from businesses like yours will enhance the excitement of the party; your donation will become a prize earned or drawn throughout the night. With every donation of a gift certificate, service, or prize worth $200 or more, you will receive two tickets to our event, a $150 value.

Lead Sponsors

Put your name in lights with a Sponsor Level donation.

Gifts of $1000 or more will skyrocket you to our lead sponsor position and four event tickets. A $700 lands you in the second-tier lead sponsor position with three tickets. It’s a win-win.

Info: The Kentucky Derby is a thrilling sporting event worthy of celebration. SaltWater Fields will transform our elegant event space into a fun-money casino with drawings, grand prizes, a cash bar, and more. Spring will be in the air, and this fun-filled event will relieve your winter worries. Your ticket gains you $500 of betting chips & a chip bucket with additional chips available through a raffle with our banker. Hors D'oeuvres, a Horse Race Winner Betting Slip for a chance at our $1000 venue rental grand prize, Black Jack, Roulette, & Craps, prizes for the top three overall chips winner, drawings, music, & Cash Bars offered by On The Rocks Bartending Service. The derby will be projected live on a large projector screen and other large-screen TVs throughout the spacious post-and-beam barn. Info: Please print your name on your race winner betting slip and drop it into your top pony pick's jar before the race begins. The winner of a $1000 gift certificate to SaltWater Fields Wedding & Event Barn will be drawn at the end of the night at 9 pm. You'll need to be there to win. The certificate can be used by you or transferred to a friend or family for a new single or multiple-day rental.

Info: Race time is typically 6:45 ET and lasts for about two minutes. Don't worry, we won't let you miss it.

Info: Fun! Return to your betting tables, mingle, grab a Mint Julep and your besties, and head into our retro photo booth with a 360-degree video platform. Take group selfies and photos at our Kentucky Derby photo wall. But most of all, relax and have a blast. Our Grand prize winners will be announced at 9pm and you must be present to win.

Info: Drawings for another $500 in betting chips will happen once every 15 minutes from 7pm to 8:30pm. That's a total of $3000 in extra betting money. Each chance to win is only $5.

Info: Our banker will tally the chips of our biggest winners. The top three will win grand prizes! The Grand Prize offerings range from multiple $1000 gifts toward a new, single, or multiple-day rental or another unique gift(TBD). Please return all betting chips to the banker at night's end.
