Come dressed in your Derby best- big hats, bold prints, and Southern charm encouraged. It's Derby time, y'all!H.E.L.P. has a full evening of fun planned at the Hub (B&W Humboldt) on Saturday, January 24th.
All proceeds go to the Humboldt Elementary School benefitting the students, teachers, and staff. Our goal is to purchase Poured In Place Safety Surface at the playground to replace the black mulch.
The evening will go as follows:
5:30PM: Cocktail Hour! Find your table. Mingle with friends. Check out the silent auction items and place your bids. Enjoy the massive charcuterie board and signature cocktails.
6:30PM: Hiram Raby will be back catering a delicious dinner for all to enjoy. The Junior Class will be your servers.
7:00PM: Live Auction starts with the fun and hilarious, Ross Daniels! Vacation Packages to include a trip to the Kentucky Derby. We will release the auction items as the date approaches. You never know what you might go home with! It's going to be great!
8:00PM: Silent Auction Winners will be announced. Make sure to keep an eye on those items!
8:30PM: Main Event...DUELING PIANOS! Get ready for a night full of music, laughter, and unforgettable entertainment. If you attended last year's event, you know what this is all about! The Dueling Piano Show brings two talented pianists head-to-head in a high-energy performance where you control the playlist. Sing along, dance, and laugh the night away as they battle it out with your favorite hits from every decade. They are sure to include the crowd. It's NONSTOP entertainment.
Reserve your table of 8 for $200. Includes two drink tickets for cocktail hour and all the above!!! There is also an option to purchase individual tickets for $30. Those purchasing individual tickets will be grouped to create full tables of 8. You can purchase tickets here (set the donation box to $0 to avoid fees).
