Following the success of three end-of-season Kent FA Coaches Conferences, we are delighted to announce that we are hosting a smaller-scale Kent FA Coaches Winter Conference & Mid-Season Celebration for Kent FA Coaches Club Members and coaches within Kent on Monday, 15th December at Kent FA HQ. This event will see multiple panel special guest speakers, who are currently or have in the past managed clubs in the county, discussing:
- An insight into the different pathways & journeys to becoming a manager
- The opportunities and challenges that come with managing a club in Kent and
- An opportunity for Q&A.
Special guests are set to be announced in due course.
On the night, there will also be rewards and recognitions for individuals who have celebrated some key milestones and been actively engaged in learning and development opportunities so far this season.
