This is Kennadi from Muskegon ("Kennadi's Music" on Facebook), and while music is her form of expression and therapy, community is what keeps her heart happy. Whether she is plucking on some strings with friends and family, playing piano for bridal showers, weddings, or book shops, or supporting families as a West Michigan Doula, Kennadi is ecstatic to share the air with others in the name of having a good and healthy time.
She resonates with a saying from her late father: "I could describe my life as a song… A song with high notes and, of course, some low ones, but it takes that sort of variety to make a pretty melody. I have no complaints. My life was a pretty melody, and I leave on a high note."
These words have been transcribed into Kennadi's everyday life with her four-year-old daughter, Melody and five month old, Emmy Lou and continue to be an inspirational mantra.

FUN FACT: Kennadi could read music notes before she could read words (she started with piano at four years old).
Final note from the artist: "People tend to ask me what kind of music I play or what type of artist I am, and that's always hard for me describe. I enjoy taking a whole plethora of covers ranging from John Denver to Michael Jackson and every artist in between and making those songs my own. I've also got my own songs that I play... But I just don't know what genre I'd fall into. Someone recently told me my music sounded like a beautifully brewed black tea with drizzles of honey. So!
