Kendi Jean & The Velvet Smokeshow is an Americana Rock band based out of Fort Worth, Texas, known for their soulful vocals, stellar original content, and saucy takes on cover songs you may not expect to hear every day. Kendi Jean was nominated for Female Artist of the Year on Texas Internet Radio as well as a nominee for Folk/Americana Artist of the year for this year’s Josie Awards held at the Grand Ol' Opry in Nashville in October.
They have a brand new full album dropping July 27th called Smoke & Stardust that you will definitely want to keep an eye out for.
