The City of Beavercreek, in partnership with the Ohio Department of Transportation, is proposing improvements to Kemp Road between Meadowcourt Drive and Bluewing Drive. The city is hosting an open house on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Beavercreek Council Chambers, located at 1368 Research Park Drive. The open house will provide information about the project, answer questions, and gather feedback from the community.
The proposed improvements include widening Kemp Road from two through lanes to three lanes, with a center two-way left turn lane. Plans also include installing an eight-foot-wide sidewalk along the north side of Kemp Road and a five-foot-wide sidewalk along the south side. Additionally, the project will add curbs, gutters, and storm sewers along both sides of the roadway.
