Join Camille Rose Yoga for a monthly Kemetic Yoga experience. Kemetic yoga is a system of yoga which involves a combination of physical movements, deep breathing techniques and meditation. Developed in the 1970s, this form of yoga is inspired by Ancient Egyptian hieroglyphs. It has an emphasis on breathing patterns, and also instills the philosophies of self-development, healing of mind-body-spirit and self-discovery. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to join us for Kemetic Yoga, regardless of experience. This event is $15 in advance and $20 at the door. Space is limited so please reserve your spot ahead of time.
Camille Rose is a patient and gentle yoga instructor with RYT 200, CKYT 200 and is Yoga Alliance Certified. Camille Rose teaches yoga throughout Memphis and her authentic and spiritually intentional energy allows her students to receive the benefits of yoga and movement.
